Kick Off Call
Before any signatures or deposits, let’s jump on a quick 30-minute call to dig into the project, align on details, and make sure your core values are at the heart of it.

Project Proposal
Using the info gathered from our kick off call, I create a bespoke project proposal which will likely cover several different options. Typically in a bronze, silver, gold approach. This proposal will outline the project schedule, deliverables and quotes for each option.

Signed & Sealed
After selecting which option you’d like to go with, I send over our contract, questionnaire and deposit invoice for 50% of agreed project fee. I will also provide guidance for pulling together your project moodboard with examples to follow. As soon as I receive the deposit and signed contract, our project is locked in for the agreed start date.

Delivery & handover
After receiving sign off for each of deliverables, I will share the final invoice for the remainder of our project fee. As soon as I receive payment, I’ll send over all the assets in a super user-friendly folder system. All that’s left to do is implement everything we created together and take your industry by storm!
